Navigator window too long for computer screen

Is there another way to shrink the window, because I can not pull it up from the bottom, its off my viewable screen.

Use the Work Environment Dialog Box (Options Menu) to Reset the Default or Standard Profile. That will snap things back into place.

You should be able to shrink the dialogue window by grabbing the top edge as well if you can't get to the bottom.

If you reset the Work Environment you may not want to reset the whole thing to standard if you have your own customisations.
Re-apply you own custom Work Environment if you have one.
Or just reset the 'Palettes' section.
