WHEN OPENING ARCHICAD 23 FILE FROM OPENING STARTUP

I just purchased a new Mac nook Pro. When opening the file in The file opens like this.

The work around is not to use the startup dialogue box with the preview in it. but interesting to see what is causing it or if it has happened before? to anyone else .

Computer specs?
All of your drivers up to date?
Does it happen if you start a new project?

As Ling suggested we need to know a bit more about your computer specs, driver status and whether this is file-related or not. I would also want to ask if you open Archicad with your Macbook Pro screen (not the external screen), does the issue happen?
