It looks like you are not using a standard Windows OS?&lt;BR /&gt;
That could be the cause of the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;
Archicad is only tested on Windows and MAC OS as far as I know.&lt;BR /&gt;

Thanks for the response.&lt;BR /&gt;
The Windows OS were are using in the Virtual environment is Windows Server 2016.&lt;BR /&gt;
This has been working fine, only recently we have been getting these errors. Will discuss further with our IT.</description>
