Unless you have 32-bit Windows 10 installed, we sometimes have reports about "out-of-date" OS when installing Archicad. The solution usually is to install Microsoft Redistributable. Please follow the article here, and install all necessary elements: &lt;A href="https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/73567/" target="_blank"&gt;https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/73567/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
