You are probably using a 32-bit version of windows 10 then.

Wow, I did not even realise there was a 32 bit version of Win10. Anyway, if you are running on a 32 bit system due to hardware limitations, your system falls well short of ArchiCADs minimum requirements...

Thank you for the question and I am sorry to hear about the issue!

Unless you have 32-bit Windows 10 installed, we sometimes have reports about "out-of-date" OS when installing Archicad. The solution usually is to install Microsoft Redistributable.
