ARCHICAD SLOW START

Hi!! I got this problem with my software, my archicad ran very good until last weekend, I don't know what happened that made my software start so slowly. When I click on ARCHICAD to open it, brings up the initial logo and it frozes there, then it's gone, till maybe 15 minutes that the program opens and runs normaly, then I want to render and it says that it can't find Maxon render. I don't know what to do, I already unistalled and installed the program again, and it runs the same, even I download the demo for ARCHICAD 21 and it occours the same. HELP!!!!

thanx! It helped me someway to get to another solution about the slow opening of the program, I think my antivrius made it something, but now Im trying to solve it.
