Yeah, this is a limitation of pictures in ARCHICAD. Transparency actually works, but semi-transparent colors will be solid, because ARCHICAD can't handle them.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Have you noticed the following problem when inserting an image in ArchiCAD: the inserted image  in .png (without a background) )  or in .jpg format gets a white outlining when inserted. Transparency is ticked but still it seems that AC adds a white outlining to the image and thus makes it impossible to add a top view image of a furniture with a shadow added in Photoshop because the shadow is outlined.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
