How to open a AC20(v2016) file into AC23?

Hi!! I´m trying to open an older file (v2016) in AC23 but it doesn't works. I´m a new user and studying by myself. I need some help. Tks.

You'll need to be more specific about the issue since in AC just opening the file and selecting Migrate will 99.99% of the time work.

When i open the file, a pop up shows an attention message. It says the file can just open with a comercial version. And i´m using a educational version (AC23).

The actual message should be a warning that indicates that you are "opening a commercial file in an education version and it will change it to educational if you continue…" Just select continue and the file should migrate ok
