I messed with ALT key

Hello!
I have a model-related problem. I had to accidentally tweak some settings, likely by using key shortcut.
When I try to type Polish diacritic symbols like "ą, ę, ż, ź, ć, ł" anywhere (text space, object descriptions), wrong marks appear, like French - "é, á" or they don't appear at all. I'm still able to paste Polish letters from other programs to AC. So I assume that nothing language-related has really changed but it must be about ALT key. I could accidentally reassign this key to some other operation and I don't know how to restore it.

I don't know what happened but things got back to fine order.
