Double click text editing - element selection

Hi there

I have a 140mb .pln file containing multiple details created from dragging .mod files in to views.
When selecting text then double clicking the text (magnet icon showing), nothing happens.
There is a delay in the info box showing when the text is first selected. This happens when anything is selected.
Is there a way to remove the error/corruption? I have run an open and repair.

Any help would be appreciated
