Hi,

Based on this I would guess this is a Graphics card related issue. Please make sure you have the latest driver installed!

If it was fine in AC21, then it might be because of the new OpenGL engine (it was upgraded from 2.0 to 3.2 in AC22). In this case getting a new card should fix the issue.

Could you maybe post the type of your video card here, so that others would see if they have the same issue, it might be because of the same card?

Thanks,

<T>There is a very specific display bug in version 22 in elevations with "Vectorial 3D Hatching".

It looks like all my surfaces that contain "vertical" vectorial fills have a very unusual way of displaying windows which have their left edge outside of the displayed workspace... it can't get any stranger than that.

It seems to be affecting all window types and all surfaces with vertical fills as their vectorial hatching and even those with "cross hatching". Interestingally, it appears only when the -left side- of the window is hidden (zoomed out/panned outside of the workspace area).</T>

I am not seeing this myself.

Is it happening in all files - even a new and reset?
Does it happen for all window objects - i.e. try a different one?
Do you have the latest build for 22 (5009)?
Hi Barry,

Yes, to all questions (plus it affects doors the same way). Fortunately I've just found out what was causing it - turned off 2D Drawing Hardware Acceleration.
It was not a big issue and it was just a display thing, but it was still a strange problem to have.

Hi Daniel,

I have a NVIDIA Quadro K2200 and the driver seems to be updated in January 2019.

But as I said earlier, the problem was showing only when I had turned off the 2D Drawing Hardware Acceleration - that is as if I was "without" the video card.

Hi,

Ooooooh, I see. I thought you meant that it was the solution, not the problem!

In that case it might still be hardware related, as I couldn't reproduce it on any of our computers. Anyways, I am glad it works now. If someone else runs into this, this will probably be the solution!

Thanks for the input!
