3D Walkthrough mode

In AC 21 and 22 when in 3d walkthrough mode the direction arrows have stopped working, has anyone else experience this, and if so how can I correct this?

If you do a New & Reset and start a brand-new project based on the default Template, do they work?
I am trying to figure out if this is a file-specific problem or not.

Thanks, I did a reset and started the programme again and the problem seems to have resolved itself. It must have been a glitch!

I have run into the same issue (v22). This new problem showed up today on a two-year-old project. How does one go about saving the project while resetting to gain arrow navigation back?

I closed all programs and restarted the iMac, and it seems to have cleared it up. It was affecting all the project in AC 22.
