Text I can see on a Publisher View Set (PDF) is not showing on the PDF print.

When I select the publisher set I want, to make into a PDF, I can see the text. But when I actually make the PDF, the text disappears. What might cause this? See the attached images

I may have identified/solved the problem. I had my Archicad file open all night. When I restarted Archicad, the PDF would show the printed version correctly. I may have "too-old" hardware for this version of AC22. I have found that restarting AC alleviates many odd problems. Graphisoft has told me before that they cannot guarantee AC will work predictably well on a 2012 machine.
