newbie help: "Unknown document version 25.0" and "Cannot read plan file"

Hello! I am a total newbie and sincere apologies for posting this.

I'm just going through the first modules of the beginners course. I downloaded sample projects so I can practise navigation (https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Let-s-get-started/Archicad-Sample-Projects/ta-p/304186#), however I couldn't open them.

The error is "Unknown document version 25.0" and "Cannot read plan file". I am using a MacOS BigSur with the latest Archicad.

Sorry for the bother again, I'm not even sure if this is the right forum. Any help is appreciated!

Looks like you are trying to open a file made with the current version of Archicad (25) with a previous version.

Solution is to download AC25.

Alternate solution to get another user in your office to open in 25 and save as the previous version (24).
