      <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the forum, Yana.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing you have the software key, and you didn't release the key before reinstalling the OS? If so, you may need to contact your reseller to send you a new one. See &lt;A href="https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Setup-License-articles/Software-Key-FAQ/ta-p/303514" target="_self"&gt;these FAQs&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's the Codemeter dongle, then check that your license manager tool is properly installed and that it recognizes the key.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
