I tried to install Archicad 22 but when it get started the installation stopped and this

message appeared

so what should i do??

It seems self-explanatory. Your Windows OS is not up-to-date...so you should run Windows Update, assuming you have a legal license? If your copy of Windows is a 32 bit OS, you need to obtain the 64 bit version of Windows 10.
