Archicad 24 license has expired

I am a student at The Interior Design Insitute and I have just acquired an educational license for Archicad 24. My license is supposed to expire on July 7, 2022. However, when I accessed it yesterday, it says my license has expired and reverted to the demo version. Why is this?
