Student license for Archicad 25

Hello everyone! I got a student license for ARCHIKAD 25. But I can't download the program. The download may take an hour, but nothing happens. I have had this problem for a month now and no one can help.
I contacted my local GRAPHISOFT support representative, but I was asked to write to technical support (they didn't answer me here at all). I have all the system requirements met. What do I need to do and who should I contact?

To clarify the issue, may I ask whether you are having an issue with downloading the installer through MyArchicad, or is it something else? Alternatively, you can also find the download link to your Archicad 25 language version through this page: Downloads – Graphisoft

Can you download the installers from any of the methods above?

I tried to install Archicad 25 in all the above ways.
