&lt;P&gt;Previously, we have some similar reports coming from users with Intel Xe graphics card, which is a recent, somewhat rare discrete Intel GPU. With&amp;nbsp;the &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-10-windows-11-dch-drivers.html" target="_self"&gt;latest&lt;/A&gt; driver update, the issue gets resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have this type of graphics card, could you give it a try?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Trouble with signing in the Archicad program on the new PC.</title>

      <description>&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Hi, I already have a student license. I had the Archicad downloaded on my old computer. However, my old computer hard disk crashed and I had to get a new computer. After downloading the program to my new computer it wouldn't let me sign in (in the Archicad itself). What should I do? BTW I have&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;updated the driver to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;most recent version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have no problem with signing in to my account on Graphisoft. The problem is signing in to the program (Archicad software). I can't sign in in the startup dialog or inside Archicad so neither of them works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14954iFEFDA6B3FA6C1908/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" border="0" alt="Archicad sign in.jpg" title="Archicad sign in.jpg" /&gt;</description>
