License Manager Tool not working

Hello,

I am trying to use Archicad on my portable computer since I am traveling abroad and still need to work on some projects. I tried using the License Manager Tool but it didn’t work.

Since It is really urgent, I am writing here to know how can I use Archicad on my portable computer without having to get another product key.

Thank you very much for the question!

Since you're using an Educational license, License Manager Tool is not needed for this process. Instead, we can transfer the Edu license from one machine to another through the following steps:

1. First, please remove the existing Educational license from the old machine by navigating to

users/shared/ARCHICAD/AC_xx_xxx and delete the education.lic file

2. On the second machine, please start Archicad and activate it with the Educational license from your account.

3. Now you can start using Archicad on your laptop.

When you need the Educational license back on the original machine, please follow the same method above.
