      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hello&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm trying to download the Archicad student version, but I get stuck in "myarchicad" student registry with no more options to fill&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;after the window selected "student" the next field does not provide selection options&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I go to MyArchicad, I don't see any way of downloading any new software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't have the option to register as I already am, so I can't help there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But when I go to the HELP link I get this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So maybe there is a problem with the site.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can, contact you local Archicad support - there is a contact link in MyArchicad (and that does work for me).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It should tell you who your local support is.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They should be able to help you get a student license.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the question and I am very sorry about the experience!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In this situation, I suggest reaching out to the local support as soon as possible. Perhaps a field was missing when configuring the MyArchicad license options on the local market, thus you didn't have any option to choose from.&lt;/P&gt;
