Archicad not connecting with Grasshopper

Hi! I am quite new to this workflow so I am having trouble figuring out how to solve the problem. The Grasshopper Connection in Archicad is just showing a warning "<no document connected>" , with connection status "waiting for grasshopper's response" and port number 19723. I have opened Rhino 7 as well as GH and the Archicad components are visible in GH. Not sure what the problem with the connection is as I don't have any more information about the error.

At the moment, AC connects to RH/G on the first session of AC you open. If you're trying to work in a different session, you can't change the port to establish the connection.

Thank you for your quick response! I must have opened the programs in the wrong order previously without noticing it... This time it did connect
