Student license not working

Today I enrolled in an online Archicad course and downloaded the student version (free for 30 days) and have applied to extend for the year.

Some weeks ago I signed up for a trial license (also 30 days) which has expired.

No matter how I try I can't get past this screen when trying to sign into my new license:

I removed Archicad before downloading again even though they were both the same version. Hoping someone can help.

This is not the EDU version, this is the TRIAL version. For the EDU version you need to go to myarchicad.com there you will find the requirements.

I know. That's why I removed it and downloaded it again in case from myarchicad

Still no luck. My computer (or Archicad) still seems to think I'm trying to use the trial license. How can I get around this? I am trying to download again but then I will have it twice.
