      <title>Student license not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I enrolled in an online Archicad course and downloaded the student version (free for 30 days) and have applied to extend for the year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some weeks ago I signed up for a trial license (also 30 days) which has expired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No matter how I try I can't get past this screen when trying to sign into my new license:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screen Shot 2022-05-21 at 8.34.52 am.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/21705iEF2ED83D9CFC9AB5/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2022-05-21 at 8.34.52 am.png" alt="Screen Shot 2022-05-21 at 8.34.52 am.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I removed Archicad before downloading again even though they were both the same version.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I know. That's why I removed it and downloaded it again in case from myarchicad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no luck. My computer (or Archicad) still seems to think I'm trying to use the trial license. How can I get around this? I am trying to download again but then I will have it twice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
