Swap licence key from one laptop to another

My laptop got stolen recently and on my new one I don't know how to swap the license key over to my new one. How can I do this? Cant seem to find a help support email for Archicad...

As far as I know, you will need to contact your local reseller.

I assume you are talking about a software license?

If so, then as Ling said, you will need to contact your local support (who you bought the license from).

A software license needs to be sent back to the company pool so you can download it on a different machine.

Unfortunately for you, you need the original (stolen) machine to be able to send it back to the pool.

But you local support should be able to sort it for you.
