    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Archicaders!,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I was running Archicad 25 on an old system which underwent a critical system failure (the motherboard has burnt out or short-circuited) and cannot be booted. the licence needs to be deactivated from that system in order for me to use it on my new system. I have already lost 3 days to this issue and urgently need an answer on how to solve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have to call Graphisoft support, they are the only ones who can fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This same thing happened to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
