After signing in it freezes on windows 11

Hello, I am currently a high school student on a windows 11 laptop. I have signed into Archicad and put in my code for the education edition. After working on it for two hours I shut it down after saving when I opened it back the next day it said I needed to login to the software but every time I tried it froze. If you know any solution please tell me.

I have the same problem. Archicad 25 keeps on freezing. I doubt if it is my graphics card, its rtx 3080, and my cpu is ryzen 9 5950x. It froze once I open it and all apps are not functioning at all. Restarting the pc takes forever and I have to shut it down using the power switch. I uninstall Archicad and my pc seems fine and has not experienced freezing for 2 days now.
