Should I use Big Sur 11.6 or Monterrey 12

I am new here, hello! Is it better to keep the Big Sur 11.6 or do you suggest to upgrade it to the Monterrey 12?

I am to upgrade the Archicad 25 into the newer version 26

Big Sur is on version 11.7 now, not 11.6. But, in any case, Archicad 26 will work with it - so upgrading to Monterey is totally up to you and whether all of your other software is compatible with Monterey.
