What happens after the error? Does Plotmaker have the file open? Does it crash?

Is the error message actually causing a problem, then? Or is it just annoying that it pops up? Can you open sheets, plot, etc?

Working around we decide to split the LBK. One for architecture, and one for every consultant. We used to import the consultants plans as .plt in the LBK. Is there a maximum size for those plt to work fine with PlotMaker?

Actually, I have no idea. I was just trying to narrow it down to what it might be. I've seen that error before, but usually when copying/pasting between sheets.
