BIMx file not opening on Windows?

Hi there,

I have a bimx file (c.850mb) which I can open on my iPad. On Windows, MacOS and Chrome Browser, however, the application is stuck in the opening loop.

The demo file can be opened.

Any suggestions how to solve the issue?

I'm really sorry to hear about the issue.
May I ask you in which BIMx Desktop Viewer version does the loading issue occur? The latest one is available on our revamped download site.

If the above doesn't help, please send the affected Hyper-model to bimx@Graphisoft.com for further investigation. It's recommended to use the "Help us improve BIMx" button on the home screen. The technical details in the email template might help us narrow down the issue.
