Archicad 21 freezing with any model

I have been using Archicad 21 successfully on PC with Windows 10 for a while now using a Codemeter.

Today a project crashed and Archicad closed without a bug report being produced.

Ever since then any time I try to open any project or new file Archicad freezes.

I have so far tried:

Clearing preferences

Uninstalling and re-installing

Opening all models on another PC (they all work perfectly)

Any ideas what I can try to get it working properly again would be much apricated.

So far no bug report has been generated so I have no idea what's causing the freezing to occur.
