User Interface Font Issue

I am encountering an odd font when entering various windows.
See screenshot(s) below.

No idea how I have done this or, how to revert this to standard.

I found one post that had a couple of suggestions, but it seems it did not help everyone.

At a glimpse that appears to be the same issue.

PS I accidentally made this post in the Wishlist forum, but couldn't see an option to move.
