ArchiCad 13 EDU version installation problems

HI,hope someone can help me.

I've just installed the education version of ArchiCAD 13 thru the MyArchiCAD.com website and all the subsequent add-ons ie.MEP Modeler and the BIM server.

However,everytime I try to start it up,an error message comes up saying -
Sorry ArchiCAD cannot run on this computer.
Following add-ons are missing:
MEP Modeler
Startup

What do i do?
btw,my os is Windows XP,i downloaded the 32-bit version

It is possible that the installation was not completed correctly. What virus scanning and indexing software do you have installed?

Check if the following file was created during the installation:
- Program Files/Graphisoft/ArchiCAD 13/log.txt
