<T>I have successfully downloaded the installation package, and received the email with the user name and registration key. The installation wizard proceeds through to the user name and serial screen, however after having entered my info, the "next" bottom remains ghosted (unclickable). So I am unable to proceed with the installation. I have tried the both the educational and the trial avenues, as well as a new serial. Any ideas? I may try re-downloading the installation package. Any ideas?</T>

Make sure you're the admin user. Then repair permissions, run all maintenance scripts, clean caches etc and restart.

The process is easier with a free utility like OnyX http://www.titanium.free.fr/pgs/english.html - run it's Automatic option with the default settings.

Then try again.
