    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Hi, I have just downloaded ArchiCAD 11, and i am trying to install it now.&lt;BR /&gt;
But when i reach the part of the installer where it asks for my user name and serial number, i input it and the next box i need to click on stays grayed out.&lt;BR /&gt;
I am doing every thing right in the installer so i don't know what is causing it.&lt;BR /&gt;
If anyone has encountered this problem, any help on how to fix it would be welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>When we installed our lab-version, the serial number was not accepted by the software. Our solution? We requested another one with the dealer. Maybe you have a problematic serial?</description>

Go back to your E-mail and search for the Graphisoft greeting message with the new key serial number and see if you received a new serial number one and use this new one. &lt;BR /&gt;
