Trouble with installation

Hi, I have just downloaded ArchiCAD 11, and i am trying to install it now.
But when i reach the part of the installer where it asks for my user name and serial number, i input it and the next box i need to click on stays grayed out.
I am doing every thing right in the installer so i don't know what is causing it.
If anyone has encountered this problem, any help on how to fix it would be welcome.

When we installed our lab-version, the serial number was not accepted by the software. Our solution? We requested another one with the dealer. Maybe you have a problematic serial?

Go back to your E-mail and search for the Graphisoft greeting message with the new key serial number and see if you received a new serial number one and use this new one.
