      <title>I can't sign into ArchiCad 24</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a long break from ArchiCad and now can't sign into my ArchiCad 24. I am being sent in loops asking for my license even though my name appears in the top right hand corner and it looks like I have logged on OK. When I try to open my files I can't. Any help will be welcomed, very frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signing in with your Graphisoft ID is different to having a license to run Archicad.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you name appears at the top right of the startup dialogue, then you are signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check the License Manager program to see if you have a valid license to use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a physical hardware USB key, make sure it is plugged in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a software license, you can down load that through the License Manager.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never seen the License Manger ask me to restart Archicad.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It just manages your licenses.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is what I see when I start it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Then 'Continue' and it shows my hardware key or I can sign in to manage software keys.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
