ACPlanFileManagement.dll Not Found error in AC26

I just downloaded and tried to install AC26 USA. However, I got the above error, saying AC won't run without this file. Suggestions?

For anyone else running into this, I ran the installation program again using the repair option, and it seems to have fixed the issue.

For me repairing didn't help, but running AC as administrator did.

A user had this issue this morning, and on inspection we discovered that the Visual C++ 2019 libraries were not installed properly on the user's profile. We simply had to go to the installed apps, locate that component and run repair to resolve.
