reauthentication not working

all of a sudden, i am being prompted to reauthenticate each time i start AC. but when i do:

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. it's warning me to reauthenticate within 19 days now. i keep trying, but it won't let me.

Open Archicad and create a new blank file. Go to the Help Menu and sign out of the license. Quit Archicad. At the Start Screen log back in with your Graphisoft ID and it should work.
