AC26 clicking any button in the main menu and opening projects issue

I recently faced a problem, when i open archicad and start a new project, it takes about 10 - 15 mins to load the project and same issue happens with saved projects, and when clicking Quit Archicad it takes the same time to quit.

I tried to open projects from where it was saved, nothing happens until the project is open after 10 - 15 mins, I tried to re-install the program, update my drivers and try to start new projects from AC25, unfortunately none of these solutions worked. Can anyone help and explain why is this happening?

OS: Window 11

Specs: Ryzen 9 5900HX 8 Cores, Radeon 6800M 12G VRAM, 32G RAM.

That's really strange and unusual... Is your project file on a local SSD, or...? If it is on a network or cloud drive, copy it to your local drive and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise try this:
