FRENCH HELP?????

Hello,
My name is Elodie, I'm 20 and live in Switzerland.
I am draftswoman in building and worked during 5 years with AutoCAD.
Since 3 weeks I learn ArchiCAD all by myself.

But I have some problems !

Does it exist FRENCH ARCHICAD HELP ???

Anyway here are my questions :

ENGLISH
PRINTING 1:100
- Plans: why the "fourniture" and "1:100 cotation" don't print ?
- Faces : why the effects on walls (natural stones, wood) print only in shadows ?
- Is it possible to print in black and white + 2 colors (red and yellow) ???

FRENCH
IMPRESSION 1:100
- Plans: pourquoi le "Mobilier" et les "cotes 1:100" ne s'impriment pas ???
- Façades : pourquoi les hachures "modèle" des murs (pierre naturelle, bois) s'impriment seulement dans les ombres ?
- Est-ce possible d'imprimer tout en niveaux de gris, + 2 couleurs (rouge et jaune) ?

PLEASE HELP MEEEEE !!!

The French version has French help. It may be available in your country. your local reseller can tell you more about that.

About your questions:
With the first two, I do not exactly know what the problem is, please describe them a bit more.
About 4-color printing: I would create a Pen Set which has only these colors in them. This applies to ArchiCAD 10. Earlier vesions did not have Pen Sets so this does not apply to those.

They told me that they will call me by phone, but nothing for the moment...

That's difficult for me, but I try to explain more.
Uh for the 2 first questions...

In the MAP of the building,
There are many different files for the different parts of the drawing.
Like "Ext. Wall", "Roof", "Fourniture", "Writing", "Doors", etc...
And when I print, some files did not appear ???
I tried to "Open" every files when I print, but it did not works !
So for the moment, I put every files which did not print in the same file.
But I need to know how arrange the problem

I need to print the faces of the building.
And The walls down are in Stones and the walls up in Wood.
On the vew where I draw it is good, I see the stones and the wood lines.
But when I print the face, the stones and lines appear only in the shadow.
