Archicad 27 Issues

So I have 2.5 MAJOR issues with 27...

Files take an inordinate amount of time to open! like 7 to 10 minutes! Just a PLN... not tw'd
Just tried my first PUBLISH...
1. Seemed to cycle all the way down to the bottom of the list but got stuck on the last item...
2. I went to the folder location where it was saving and watched it spike to 2.5GB pdf file and still growing when I force quit...

Can anyone verify?

I had the first issue, even when starting a blank file - the startup screen was stuck for quite a while. I have a feeling it has something to do with the underlying new licensing method. I didn't bother to check however as I don't actively using it

No such issue on my mac- other issues but not those....

Yes with an older machine it can definitely take that amount of time for a project to load.

I have two laptops, one older one brand new. I have issues opening up files in 27 at the start menu. They all hang, and I have to do a forced shutdown. I can only access them by going through the "browse for file". Then the screen shuts down, I wait, and the file opens.

No problem so far. Files are loading and publishing as expected.

One idea is to check whether an addon is causing this lag.
