What is this rubbish - GS survey when closing PLN?

If its not enough that we spend thousands of dollars a year using archicad and we continue to use archicad we are now offered a survey to answer when closing a PLN.

GS, you have definitely slipped in the last few years and this is just the icing on the cake.

If I didn't have decades invested in archicad this would be enough to say good riddance but hey....

Is there an option to opt out or will GS once again not listen to reason?

Agree - this would be irritating, especially for such an expensive piece of professional software. And, what is the point? What will GS do if you answer 0 or 10?
