Error when installing Archicad 27 - Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable

I can not install Archicad 27 because of the error that MS Visual C++ 2019 Redistibutable can not be installed. Visual C++ 2019 is installed, I also tried different versions, installes the last one form MS site, the one from Graphisoft under 3rd Party downloads but I always get the same error.
Do you have any Idea what could be the problem?

Sometimes MS Visual C++ Redistributable installer mix the dll files (mfc140.dll, mfc140u.dll, etc., ...)
