I can’t open archicad because I’m block at this page and I can’t open archicad without passing this step

I need a quick respond because I have a work to finish….

Hi Elicur,

When using AC 27 you have to sign in with your GRAPHISOFT ID once to get it running. If that's not possible the reason could be an Anti Virus, Proxy Settings or the Internet Options of your Browser. You can find the needed URL's on this Website (scroll down):
