Error copying files

each time i try to install i get a different error of coiypiying files and even i i try to restart on redo it it show me another file error :

I think maybe these can cause the error:

1. The downloaded installer file is corrupt -> Please try to download again

2. Sometimes some antivirus program locks some of our files
