Download links don't work - too many redirects

I've recently purchased an Archicad license and want to download and install the software.

However, after logging into my Graphisoft ID I'm unable to download either the License Manager Tool or the Archicad applications. On clicking the download button for either software my browser presents with an error and no download occurs.

Sample download links:

https://graphisoft.com/dl/AC/27/AUS/Archicad-27-AUS-3001-1.0.exe

Browser error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

If I open my browser's Developer Tools and check the Network tab I can see requests for all these links result in a 302 Found response and an endless loop of redirects. Please see the attached screenshot.

I have tried both Edge & Chrome browsers, have cleared cookies and browser state, and have tried Incognito tabs.

I'm based in Australia and am using Windows 11. Please help.

Operating system used: Windows 11 Home 22H2

I don't know where you got those download links from.

Try the main Graphisoft website ...

https://graphisoft.com/resources-and-support/downloads?section=product&localization=AUS&product=archicad&type=FULL&version=27&platform=windows

The Licence Manager is automatically installed with Archicad so you don't need to install it separately.

Hi, I have the same problem. Archicad cannot be downloaded from the link.

Something must have been fixed, the downloads work now.

No i don´t think its solved. I´ve had the same problems yesterday and today. strange thing is that it seems to be on and off.

I´ve been trying to download the BIMcloud and the ai-visualizer. When i sign in it links me to the website where i can sign in....

2 hours later it worked... this is really annoying and costs too much time.
too many redirects sounds reasonable for this problem. anybody else experiencing this??

There might be an issue with cookies. Try to access the site in private/stealth mode.
