Cant install my ver7 on 64 bit computer

I have an old version 7 license that wasn't used very much. I would like to open some of the primitive files but have obviously upgraded my systems to 64 bit. Version 7 appears to only install on older 32 bit systems.

I don't have the funds to upgrade to a current license but would like to know how to install ver7 on my Windows 10 computer.

Or, would anyone have a legit slightly higher version license that I could install on my computer to access my old files?
