M3 Max 14inch vs 16inch

Dear All,

I am thinking about switching my MBP to MBP M3 Max. The question is the size (or rather power capacity). As far as I understood, 16in version has 140W and also power mode. The real question is How much of the difference there is in between those two? I am using still M1 Max but it is hard to work on meshes and point clouds recently (I think data just got bulkier).
