    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't say for sure, but frequently installation problems with missing DLLs can occur if there is any kind of antivirus running.&amp;nbsp; Try uninstalling, disable antivirus (including Windows Defender etc), re-install ... and then also download the most recent update/hotfix and install that as well before launching.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is for a full, professional license?&amp;nbsp; or?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently installed Arch 27 and when it opens the message below appears; the program runs if I click OK, but I do not know what it is. Reinstalling the program did not solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="courier new,courier" color="grey"&gt;Operating system used: &lt;EM&gt;Windows 10&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
