opening Archicad 27 " cineware exe" error

Hi, I recently installed Arch 27 and when it opens the message below appears; the program runs if I click OK, but I do not know what it is. Reinstalling the program did not solve the problem.

Can't say for sure, but frequently installation problems with missing DLLs can occur if there is any kind of antivirus running. Try uninstalling, disable antivirus (including Windows Defender etc), re-install ... and then also download the most recent update/hotfix and install that as well before launching.

This is for a full, professional license? or?
