can't open any files

hello, i have two recovered files and suddenly one of them won't open. not even the ones on my usb or saved to my laptop. it won't even start a new project anymore it just crashes the minut i press some command. i tried restarting my laptop and it still doesn't work. i got the dialoge box which asks if i want to recover both or delete them all or just recover one of them but it still doesn't work.

i'd be grateful for an help.

Sorry to hear about your issue. I recommend you try to open & repair your file:

If this doesn't help, consider reinstalling Archicad (repair installation option). Yet, if it doesn't resolve your issue, please contact your local technical support, preferably with a Bug ID from the crash report (Bug Reporter dialog). You can find a similar case here.
