Hi David,

If your browser / display is smaller than 7xx px (i can't recall exact number now, but basically it is below tablet size), then you'll get the message you shared. Please open the download page with a full screen display if you're accessing the site already from a desktop.

Are you using SAFARI? I could not download either but it works with CRHOME.

Hi David:

FYI - I'm running macOS (Apple Silicon) and mine downloaded and installed just fine. I did have to log in to my account but after that the downboad worked just fine. My "desktop" is in fact a MacBook Pro with loads of unified memory and an Apple 27" Studio Display.

Access via Safari is less than impressive

My settings on the right and a screenshot of what started to download.

I wonder how how many Mac users had this problem.

Yes.

Edit: You could try logging out with your GSID on your other devices and then log back in with your Mac Studio to see if that works ?

Clearing the cache in Safari may fix the problem ?

I am having problems with Safari today. I have had to clear the history several times just to get it to work with the GS Community. I suspect Yahoo might have something to do with it as it comes up in the history at the top with a cannot open page message. I deleted it and Safari is working now.
