"You are now offline - authentication needed"

Recently, I launched Archicad 25 UKI with my soft licence and received message "You are now offline - authentication needed" "SIGN IN" button is greyed out, so I can't sign in and gives me 26 days to continue use. Please see attached screen shots below. Any ideas please as have tried at home and work.

Operating system used: Windows 7000

I had exactly the same thing happen to one on my co-workers today.

Also Archicad 25 by coincidence.

I did two things, so I am not sure what fixed it.

He always starts Archicad by double clicking the file name, hence bypassing the start screen.

Therefore he never actually signed in with his Graphisoft ID, which I believe you are supposed to do.

I found I couldn't even press the sign in button on the start screen or in the help menu.

So, I installed the security patch for 25 and I also updated to the latest build.They can be found here ...

Then I restarted Archicad and at the start menu I had to wait for a couple of minutes until the sign in with Graphisoft ID appeared.

Then all was fine after signing in.
